2009 Hub City Classic Champions - James Logan High School, CaliforniaHattiesburg High School is proud to announce that the 22nd Annual Classic is a 2010 National Invidual Events Championship qualifier!
The Hattiesburg High School Forensic Department is pleased to host the 22nd Annual Hub City Classic Speech and Debate Tournament. This special tournament is held Friday and Saturday, February 6 and 7, 2010, on the Hattiesburg High School Campus in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Last year, schools from four states converged on our campus for a very competitive tournament. We expect a larger tournament this year and look forward to rolling out the purple and gold carpet for all of our guests. The Hub City Classic will offer Policy Debate, Novice and Varsity Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Public Forum Debate, Congress, and fourteen Individual Events: The Hub City Classic is more than a tournament - Fried Catfish, Gumbo, King Cake, and a live New Orleans themed jazz band will make for an incredible Mardi Gras celebration with an academic twist.
